What can we do in the current social situation where we constantly confront the stressful circumstance in every day and working life? Our response is to welcome our customers with a safe environment where they can feel at ease without being too stressed from COVID-19.
To prevent and minimize the risk of COVID-19, we will implement the following hygiene management and measures to avoid the 3Cs (crowded places, confined and enclosed spaces, and close-contact settings). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to bring the joy of the resort back to our society.

MEASURES OF EACH FACILITY

STAY

We will implement measures to reduce person-to-person contact among staff and guests and promote adequate sanitation and ventilation.

  • To maintain social distancing while checking-in, we will set up multiple counters in the lobby.
  • We introduce advance check-in by AI concierge and silent paper-based check-in.
  • We will ask the guests to fill out a health questionnaire.
  • We appreciate your advance payment if possible. We also accept payment elsewhere besides the front desk.
  • We will prepare disposable slippers in guest rooms.
  • We will ventilate properly in accommodation tents using the electric fan while cleaning.
  • "MOMIJI NO YU," a natural hot spring with outdoor space, will be available with shortened business hours and only for reservation.

RESTAURANT

We will temporally close the buffet and limit the number of guests for the banquet, to commit to social distancing and rigorous cleaning.

  • We will distribute masks at the entrance. Please wear facial masks in the indoor facility and cart.
  • We will introduce the shallow-bottomed hole cup to prevent contact via the cup.
  • We will prepare hypochlorous acid water in each cart.
  • We will temporally close the large communal bath and sauna.
  • We will limit the number of available lockers, changing space, and showers to create more open space for promoting social distancing.

We will highly recommend outdoor activities in nature as we limit the use of indoor facilities.

Clinic

We provide comfortable medical care through exhaustive hygiene management in the clinic. Please understand that there are some changes in the available hours.

  • By using an ultraviolet sterilizer, we create an environment where the virus does not spread.
  • We strive to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through the introduction of vaccines, antibody test, and PCR test.
  • Employees wear gloves, gowns, and face shields to ensure thorough infection prevention.
  • By introducing headset for communication, we speed up the guidance of customers and shorten the staying time.

The shuttle bus will be running while keeping attention to avoid 3Cs (crowded places, confined and enclosed spaces, and close-contact settings).
